Our approach
Our core discipline and the work we are best known for. We have erected and commissioned CFBC and WHRS/WHRB boilers from 5 MW to 45 MW, and pressure parts up to 455 TPH, for cement, chemical and power clients across India — most of it as the erection partner to Thyssenkrupp Industries India.
Scope of work
- Drum lifting, positioning and levelling
- Water wall, superheater, economiser and air pre-heater assembly
- Pressure part alignment and expansion allowance
- ESP, ducting and refractory coordination
- Hydro testing, steam blowing and safety valve floating
- Light-up, load raising and performance stabilisation
