What size of boiler can you handle?

We have erected and commissioned boilers from 5.3 MW up to 45 MW, and pressure part packages up to 455 TPH. Our largest current package is 32.2 MW WHRS at UltraTech Sedam.

Are you IBR approved?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We hold Class-I approval from the Director of Boilers, Government of Gujarat under Regulation 392 of the Indian Boiler Regulations 1950, as a boiler repairer/erector and steam/feed pipe line fabricator, endorsed for validity in Karnataka. We work in any state of India.

Do you take single packages or only full turnkey scope?

Accepted Answer

Both. You can award a single discipline — structural erection or piping only — or the complete mechanical scope on a turnkey basis. The 21.5 MW WHRS at ACC Wadi Cement Works was executed as a complete EPC project.

Which EPC houses do you work with?

Thyssenkrupp Industries India is our longest-standing partner, with repeat orders across more than a dozen boiler packages since 2016. We have also executed for L&T, Thermax, Humboldt Wedag India and Bevcon, and directly for cement majors.

Question 5

Are your welders qualification-tested before they reach site?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Welders are tested against the applicable WPS before deployment, so crews clear the client trade test at the gate instead of costing you a week of schedule.

Do you own your equipment or hire it in?

Accepted Answer

We own a substantial fleet — 165 welding machines, 37 dedicated IBR welding sets, 542 chain blocks, 780 safety harnesses, 8 total stations and a full scaffolding inventory. That means mobilisation does not wait on third-party availability.

Question 7

What documentation do we receive at handover?

Accepted Answer

A complete records file: NDT reports, welder qualification records, heat treatment charts, pressure test records, material test certificates and as-built drawings — compiled progressively so it is ready on completion day.

Question 8

Can you supply manpower only, without execution responsibility?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We supply trade-tested fitters, welders, riggers, supervisors and engineers against your schedule, with all statutory, PF/ESIC and gate-pass compliance handled by us.
