Water walls, coils, headers and tube panels handled with the traceability and QC that pressure boundaries demand.
Our approach
Pressure part work carries the highest consequence of failure on any boiler. We work strictly to approved WPS, with qualification-tested welders, documented heat treatment and full NDT coverage before any pressure test. We hold 37 dedicated IBR welding sets for this work.
Scope of work
- Panel and coil assembly and positioning
- Butt welding by qualification-tested welders only
- Pre-heat and post-weld heat treatment (PWHT)
- Radiographic and ultrasonic testing
- Tube bending, cutting and expanding
- Hydro test witnessing and documentation
