Enquiry & Method Engineering
We study the drawings, plant layout and access constraints, then produce the erection scheme, rigging study and lift plan before quoting. You receive a method, not just a rate.

Mobilisation & Site Setup
Crews arrive trade-tested and compliant. Gate passes, statutory paperwork, tools and consumables are arranged in advance so the first shift is productive rather than administrative.

Execution & Quality Control
Work proceeds against the approved sequence with inspection at defined hold points. Nothing advances past a hold point until it is signed off — which is why rework stays low.

Testing, Commissioning & Handover

Quality controls
The controls behind every hold point
IBR Class-I Approval
Approved under Regulation 392 of IBR-1950 as Class-I boiler repairer/erector and steam/feed pipe line fabricator for working pressure above 40 up to 125 kg/cm².
Qualified Welding Procedures
All critical welding executed to approved WPS backed by PQR, with welder qualification testing carried out before deployment.
Non-Destructive Testing
Radiography, ultrasonic, magnetic particle and dye penetrant testing applied per the approved quality assurance plan at defined hold points.
Heat Treatment Control
Pre-heat and post-weld heat treatment performed and recorded with calibrated equipment and traceable temperature charts.
Dimensional & Alignment Survey
Laser and dial-gauge instrumentation for plumbness, level, elevation and rotating-equipment alignment — measured and recorded, never estimated.
Third-Party Inspection
Coordination with client, consultant and statutory inspection agencies, with a records file maintained progressively rather than assembled at the end.

The failure modes we plan against
Every item below is a recurring cost centre in heavy engineering. Our method addresses each one before mobilisation rather than reacting to it on site.
Shutdown windows overrun
Every additional day of a cement or power plant outage burns lakhs in lost production and idle overheads.
How we handle it
We plan the shutdown before mobilising — hour-by-hour sequence, manpower histogram, pre-staged spares and tools, and round-the-clock shift execution with daily progress reporting.
Plant handed back inside the agreed window.
Too many contractors, no single owner
Structural blames mechanical, mechanical blames piping, and the schedule slips while responsibility is debated.
How we handle it
We take integrated scope across structural, mechanical, piping, insulation and commissioning under one contract — as we did on the 21.5 MW full EPC package at ACC Wadi.
One accountable party, no interface gaps.
Rework on pressure parts and critical welds
Failed radiography on a high-pressure joint means cutting, re-welding, re-testing — and a hydro test that slips by days.
How we handle it
Only qualification-tested welders on pressure boundaries, work to approved WPS/PQR, documented PWHT and NDT at defined hold points rather than after the fact. We hold IBR Class-I approval and 37 dedicated IBR welding sets.
First-time-right weld acceptance.
Misalignment surfacing after commissioning
Equipment that vibrates from day one shortens bearing life and forces unplanned outages for years.
How we handle it
Laser and dial-gauge alignment, verified foundation and grouting, cold and hot alignment checks, and no-load trials before load is applied.
Equipment that runs within OEM tolerance.
Manpower that cannot clear the trade test
Crews arrive, fail qualification at the gate, and the schedule loses a week before a single joint is welded.
How we handle it
Welders are qualification-tested before deployment, riggers are safety-inducted, and all statutory, PF/ESIC and gate-pass compliance is handled by us in advance.
Crews productive from day one.
Documentation that fails the audit
Physically complete work cannot be billed or handed over because the records file is incomplete.
How we handle it
Inspection runs to an approved QAP from the start — NDT reports, heat treatment charts, test certificates and as-built drawings compiled progressively.
Handover dossier ready on completion day.

Height, load and hot work are unforgiving
Safety on an erection front is a system, not a slogan. These controls are applied on every job regardless of size or schedule pressure.

Height, load and hot work are unforgiving. Toolbox talks, work permits, trained riggers and enforced PPE are non-negotiable — backed by 780 harnesses and 546 fall arrestors in our own stores.
