About the company
From one contract in 2013 to 220+ MW erected
A specialised Boiler Erection, Mechanical Engineering and EPC Contracting company delivering end-to-end engineering, fabrication, erection, installation, commissioning, shutdown maintenance and industrial project execution.
Aaradhya began in 2013 with a single job — erecting the ash handling plant at Orient Cement Works, Chittapur, Karnataka. Believing in growth with trust, that first contract led to a Waste Heat Recovery Boiler order from Thyssenkrupp Industries India to erect and assist commissioning of the PH boiler for Deccan Cement, Andhra Pradesh — completed safely and on time.
That was the stepping stone. Today the team handles multiple heavy mechanical projects concurrently and has supported customers across fertilizers, refineries, agrochemicals, power plants, pharmaceuticals, cement, tyre and allied industries. Through the pandemic, three CFBC boilers were executed in Gujarat without losing the schedule.
We are in the business of mechanical steel structure fabrication and erection, storage tanks, IBR and non-IBR piping, boilers, and static and rotating equipment erection and commissioning. We are IBR-approved Class-I boiler erectors and work in any state of India.

Operating principles
What we refuse to compromise on
Safety First, Always
Height, load and hot work are unforgiving. Toolbox talks, work permits, trained riggers and enforced PPE are non-negotiable — backed by 780 harnesses and 546 fall arrestors in our own stores.
First Time Right
Our founding principle. Alignment, plumbness and weld quality are measured and recorded, not estimated — instrumentation over judgement.
Schedule Discipline
Plans are built backwards from the handover date, with float identified and the critical path monitored daily.
Growth With Trust
The reason a single 2013 contract became a decade of repeat orders from the same EPC houses and cement majors.
