Our approach
We fabricate and install piping across metallurgies and pressure classes, including IBR steam lines and NACE-compliant sour service. Every joint is traceable, radiographed where specified, and hydro tested before the line is released.
Scope of work
- MOC: CS, CS-NACE, SS, SS-NACE, DSS, CuNi
- IBR and non-IBR steam and feed lines
- Spool fabrication and shop pre-assembly
- Pipe rack, support and hanger installation
- Cold pull, spring hanger setting and expansion checks
- Radiography, PMI, hydro testing and flushing
